Server logs

The hosting provider records, for each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, HTTP status, transferred volume, referrer, and browser user agent. This is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in operating the site securely and diagnosing faults. Logs are retained by the provider for a limited period, are not combined with other data, and are not used to identify individuals.

Transport encryption

All traffic is served over HTTPS.

External links

Links to DOI resolvers, publisher websites, ORCID, Google Scholar and other external services transmit data to those providers only if you follow them. Their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

Under Articles 15 to 21 GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. Requests to the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
